Promoting Study Abroad and Exchange Programs
The Office of International Education provides educational opportunities to students who are interested in studying abroad. It is our belief that one of the best ways for our students to prepare themselves in the global world is to visit different parts of the world. Currently, we have sent students to our international partner schools. Furthermore, because of the pandemic the Office of International Education will organize study away short-term field trips for students until further notice.
Faculty
Internationalization of faculty is important. We will encourage FSU faculty to teach abroad and conduct international research. In addition, faculty from abroad will be invited to teach and conduct research at FSU. We will continue to work with faculty and staff to integrate and/or develop new international curricula for enhancing the global experiences of our students and faculty. To achieve this goal, we will work aggressively with colleges and departments at FSU to seek funding opportunities from various government offices and foundations.
