edTPA (TEACHER PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT)
If you graduated or completed a teaching program, you need to apply for your North Carolina Teaching License by June 30, 2019.
If you apply after June 30, 2019, you will need a passing score on the edTPA Portfolio.

HANDBOOKS/MANUALS
- Licensure Processing Request: after successfully completing the clinical experience and all required coursework for a degree or licensure only program, including earning at least a "proficient" (rating of 3) on all indicators on the Unit Plan, Content Project Study and Collaboration & Leadership Project Rubrics, candidates may apply for a North Carolina teaching license. To apply for a teaching license, candidate must register using the NC DPI Online Licensure System.
