Historically Black Colleges and Universities Internship Program

Sustainable Sandhills has been selected to host a summer intern through the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation's Non-Profit Internship Program. Pell Grant eligible rising sophomores, juniors or seniors who are either enrolled in 4 year colleges in NC or NC residents enrolled in out of state institutions may apply.

There is a $3200 stipend for our intern furnished by the Foundation, and our intern will work with us for about 3 months over the summer. Contact https://www.zsr.org/non-profit-internship

Consultant Postion: The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh has a position as a Consultant open starting in summer 2022 and ending in September 2022. The Consultant would work for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee of the UUFR. The Consultant would examine and review church documents, such as mission statements, policies, and procedures for the purposes of documenting instances of racial and ethnic bias. Additionally, the Consultant would review church documents to determine if they are less welcoming to persons of color or less inclusive of diversity.
