Welcome to Employee Relations!
Employee Relations has the goal of assisting to create and maintain a positive relationship between Fayetteville State University and employees. This positive relationship contributes to productivity, motivation, and morale. To achieve this goal, Employee Relations works to promote, encourage, and strengthen communication between employees and management at all levels. We provide support for both supervisors and employees including performance management, consultations, and disciplinary actions. We provide confidential consultation to both employees and supervisors and work to promote the understanding and proper application of the University personnel policies and advise employees about their grievance and appeal rights.
