Intelligence Studies (Minor)
The goal of the Intelligence Studies program is to equip students with knowledge and skills necessary to become future leaders in intelligence, security, and law enforcement. Therefore, taking a minor in intelligence studies will enhance your career pathway.
What Will You Learn?
Our department provides a variety of courses related to intelligence studies. Here are some examples: law enforcement intelligence, corporate intelligence, intelligence and military operations, the history of intelligence, ethics and intelligence, anthropological issues in intelligence, strategic intelligence issues, emerging international security threats, international terrorism, and national security policy. What Will You Do?
Graduating with a minor in Intelligence Studies, you may get hired for a variety of jobs by agencies, such as Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Drug Enforcement Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigations, National Security Agency, Office of the Undersecretary of Defense, U.S. Department of Energy (Nuclear Related Intelligence), U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Justice, and U.S. Department of the Treasury.
