Bio 

Christopher joins FSU from Western Carolina University, where he served as a Retention Advisor for the Office of Student Retention. Christopher brings experience advising students with Western Carolina University's (WCU) Office of Student Retention where he identified and advised at-risk students in developing academic success strategies. He also brings experience advising students with the University of West Georgia's (UWG) African American Male Initiative First Year Program, where he planned and coordinated programming for student groups affiliated with the Center for Diversity and Inclusion. Through his work, Christopher has demonstrated his passion for inclusive excellence, having contributed to an increase in retention rates for First-Time Full-Time Freshmen at WCU, and first year African American males at UWG.
