University Mail Center
The Mail Center is the main liaison to the United States Postal Service and provides consultation and resources to the Fayetteville State University community. The Mail Center is a full-service mail operation and provides delivery of U.S. Mail – Campus mail (UPS, DHL, Fed Ex Ground and Express).

On Campus Students
All eligible students may request a mailbox. Students who receive a mailbox will maintain ownership of that box if she/he reside on campus and maintain full time enrollment status.

Please keep in mind all improperly addressed mail will cause a delay in delivery and could result in a “return to sender” by the US Postal Service.
Fayetteville State University students are not allowed to receive or mail any letters or packages using a business name. All mail will be returned to the sender immediately.
Packages received at your CMB#
An email message from notification@witstracking will be sent to your Bronco email account. You must bring your email notification along with your Bronco Card to retrieve your package.
You may receive tracking information from a vendor or carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.) informing you that your package has arrived. Please do not attempt to pick up your package until you receive a notification from the Mail Center. Each student receives 3 email notifications informing them of the arrival of their package. Packages are held in the Mail Center for 30 days and will be returned to sender if not retrieved within 30 days.
During the Summer, mail will be forwarded upon request, just stop by the Mail Center, and give us your summer forwarding address. We will stop forwarding mail the week prior to the start of school and place it in your mailbox.
Outgoing Mail
All regular outgoing mail is picked up by a USPS driver, each day, at 3:30 PM.
You may also leave your UPS and Fed Ex returns, and we will ensure the driver receives them during their daily delivery run.
Supplies and Money Orders
Mailing supplies, stamps, envelopes, and money orders can be purchased from the Mail Center during normal business hours. All purchases are cash only.
