Miss FSU Scholarship Pageant & Mr. FSU Scholarship Competition
The 30th Annual Miss Fayetteville State University Scholarship Pageant and the 19th Mr. Fayetteville State University Scholarship Competition will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the J. W. Seabrook Auditorium on the campus of FSU.
This year's pageant will celebrate thirty years of royal excellence. The competition promises to be entertaining and exciting!
Miss Fayetteville State University, Sha'More Lowery and Mr. Fayetteville State University, Jacob Crutchfield will relinquish their crowns. The contestants vying for the coveted crown of Miss Fayetteville State University are: Brianna Alston, Asia Hammock, A'Clea Johnson, Alaysia Jones, and Cassney Vick. The contestants vying for the coveted title of Mr. Fayetteville State University are: Caleb Edwards and Issiah McLean. To be eligible to compete, each contestant must possess a high scholastic average and be in good standing with the University. The contestants will compete in six categories: interview, athletic wear, talent, on-stage knowledge and awareness, evening formal wear, and the student vote.
As in previous years, the crowd-pleasing opening number will feature the reigning queen and king, the FSU Royal Court, pageant dancers, and the contestants. A host of exciting entertainment will also be showcased throughout the evening.
