Visiting Students
Who is a special visiting student?
If you are interested in taking classes at Fayetteville State University but don't plan to earn a degree, you are a special visiting student.
Once you have earned 30 credit hours at FSU, you will need to apply for full admission to the University.
How to apply
Submit the Special Visiting Application online along with the $50 non-refundable application fee. We will also need one of the following supporting documents to complete your application:
- Official high school transcript or equivalency certificate, or
- Official transcript of any other university, college, technical institution, junior college, or community college attended.
Application Deadlines
Fall: August 5
Spring: December 5
Summer Session I: May 15
Summer Session II: June 15
Registration and Support
As a special visiting student, you will receive your alternate pin for registration as well as year-round campus support through FSU's Office of Summer School.
