First of Four 2022 New FSU Student Orientations To Be Held On Thursday, June 30th

Roll out the Bronco Blue Carpet to welcome new students and their families to Fayetteville State University!

The first of four in-person 2022 New Student Orientation Sessions is scheduled for Thursday, June 30th. More than 350 new students accompanied by parents and family have registered to participate. Led by New Student Orientation Guides, first-year and transfer students will receive an introduction to Academic Life at FSU to include receiving their Fall 2022 academic schedules, opportunities to explore campus involvement and engagement activities and have access to a showcase of campus offices, programs, and resources.

New Student Orientation begins with check-in from 7:30 am-8:30 am in the Seabrook Auditorium followed by a Welcome to FSU session. Students and their parents/family members will participate in a series of concurrent sessions throughout the day which will occur primarily in the College of Business & Economics Building. The New Student Orientation Resource Fair is scheduled from 12:30 pm-2:40 pm in the Rudolph Jones Student Center. New Student Orientation will end at approximately 5:00 pm.

How can you help? Wear your Bronco Blue on Thursday and cheerfully assist our new students and their family members as they navigate across campus.

Be advised that shuttle buses will run a designated route through campus from 7:00 am-5:30 pm. Parking lots F and W will be closed to accommodate our guests.
