Fayetteville State University Dedicates Wayne E. Branch Lecture Room
Fayetteville State University (FSU) announces the dedication of the Wayne E. Branch Lecture Room in honor of Mr. Branch (FSU Class of 1991). To celebrate this Mr. Branch's contributions to the university, FSU will hold a “Dedication Ceremony of the Wayne E. Branch Lecture Room” on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. EST.
“Nothing adds more value to a top-flight university like FSU as the investment from alumni and friends. Today, and for years to come, we applaud Mr. Branch’s unselfish generosity in lifting the criminal justice program,” says Mr. Bruce Rosengrant, Vice Chancellor for University Advancement.
Friday’s dedication ceremony will be held on FSU’s campus in the Lauretta Taylor Building (Room 320). Remarks from notable FSU Stakeholders will be a part of the program. Scheduled to speak are Chancellor Darrell T. Allison, Mr. Bruce Rosengrant, Vice Chancellor for University Advancement, Dr. Sara Brightman, Criminal Justice Department Chair and Associate Professor, along with remarks from the guest of honor, Mr. Wayne E. Branch, FSU Class of 1991.
