- Learning Strategies tutors: Learning strategies tutors are students that work one-on-one or in group sessions with students and student-athletes to promote and foster lifelong academic success. Learning strategies tutors are responsible for modeling and assisting students and student-athletes with academic skills such as test-taking, note-taking, time management, and goal-setting and planning. They will also work with students in particular areas based on their levels of expertise or direct them to other tutors that work in the academic and writing center for additional assistance.
